How does YTDownloader work?

YTDownloader can be downloaded from softonic.com and similar websites. It may also come bundled with other freeware that you choose to install. Regardless of how you acquired it, you should always be careful with free software installations. If you do not pay attention to the installation wizard, you unwittingly agree to additional programs getting access to your PC as well. These programs are usually potentially unwanted. They are aimed at making profit for their developers and are not beneficial for computer users in any way.

The main function of YTDownloader is to flood you with various pop-ups, banners and ads. These adverts should not be trusted as they are not reviewed by anyone. You could be exposed to unreliable content, corrupted links and so on. If you get tricked by one of these virtual scams, you may suffer serious consequences like malware infections, personal data loss or even financial difficulties. Since the adware often travels with other useless applications, you may also experience other symptoms. There is no reason why you should hesitate to delete YTDownloader from your system.

none of the anti malware programs is able to remove the stamplive adware from my computer. I’m afraid the only solution will be to go back to factory settings.

I had price minus ads popping up often in all webpages. It was driving me nuts.! I removed an extension from my browser (Firefox). I started deleting the extensions that I knew were not vital. And no more popups! I do have a couple of malware programs, and they too failed to remove these ads. But removing the extensions from Firefox + the add-ons section its what did the trick! I also did the same thing to google chrome browser, I deleted some add-ons, and extensions as well.
