How does Torrent Search work?

It may not seem like it at first, but Torrent Search is nothing more than an adware application. It may be described as “easy and quick search for books, music, videos in torrents”, but its main purpose is to flood you with commercial content. The software fills your browsers mostly with pop-ups, however you will also encounter other types of ads like sponsored links, banners, in-text adverts and so on. We urge you to stay away from them all, because they may be untrustworthy. Clicking on a fake ad may result in dire consequences like malware infection, data loss or even identity theft and financial difficulties. There is no point in taking such risks which is why you should delete Torrent Search from your PC.

If you do not remember downloading and installing the application, it is possible that it entered your system bundled with other freeware. If you install free software without paying careful attention to all conditions, you acquire additional programs that have little to no value. Moreover, Torrent Search has been known to get installed with malware presented as useful software. We suggest that you scan your computer with a free malware scanner to find out if you have malicious programs on it.

none of the anti malware programs is able to remove the stamplive adware from my computer. I’m afraid the only solution will be to go back to factory settings.

I had price minus ads popping up often in all webpages. It was driving me nuts.! I removed an extension from my browser (Firefox). I started deleting the extensions that I knew were not vital. And no more popups! I do have a couple of malware programs, and they too failed to remove these ads. But removing the extensions from Firefox + the add-ons section its what did the trick! I also did the same thing to google chrome browser, I deleted some add-ons, and extensions as well.
