Softcoup Removal Guide

Softcoup is an advertising supported application which has the ability to change it’s name randomly. It promises to present users with useful coupons and deals, however its services turn out to be very disappointing. Very soon you will notice that the adware is much more concerned with the promotion of the third parties’ interests than the promise to help you safe time and money.

Instead of a few well chosen ads, you will be flooded with the newer ending avalanche of pop-ups, deals, banners, in text ads, and so on. If you are one of the users who find the provided services lacking, we advise to remove Softcoup from your computer.

What does Softcoup do?

Just like any other adware, Softcoup generates revenue by increasing traffic to the sponsored websites. Since bigger traffic means higher ranking, the third parties which own the advertised pages pay for every click on their ads. Do not be surprised, if after entering your computer, adware will show you various advertisements in every window you open. Most people find these ads annoying and irritating and soon start looking for ways to get rid of Softcoup.

Even if you have a lot of patience and are not bothered by all those pop-ups, you should still eliminate Softcoup. The ad-supported program is not liable for any damage done to your computer by the promoted third parties and thus it does not monitor their pages. If you enter a malicious website, you can be sure that cyber criminals who manage it will use an opportunity to infect you with malware. Moreover, this adware follows your browsing habits and uses the acquired knowledge to make the presented ads more attractive. The gathered information may also reach the unknown third parties, if the application decides to sell it. Protect your system and delete Softcoup.

While Softcoup has an official website, it seems to be unavailable at the moment. However, the adware is still distributed actively. The main way used to spread this program is called bundling. It is a deceptive marketing method, which uses users’ lack of attention to install unwanted applications together with freeware into as many computers as possible. This particular adware often travels with Java, Video Player, and other similar software. Be attentive while you download free of charge software and try to install it only from the official pages.

none of the anti malware programs is able to remove the stamplive adware from my computer. I’m afraid the only solution will be to go back to factory settings.

I had price minus ads popping up often in all webpages. It was driving me nuts.! I removed an extension from my browser (Firefox). I started deleting the extensions that I knew were not vital. And no more popups! I do have a couple of malware programs, and they too failed to remove these ads. But removing the extensions from Firefox + the add-ons section its what did the trick! I also did the same thing to google chrome browser, I deleted some add-ons, and extensions as well.
