What does SmartSaver Plus do?

Like any other advertising supported application, SmartSaver Plus earns money for every click on the promoted ads. This payment system is called ‘pay-per-click’ and it ensures that the program will do anything to induce you to click the presented ads. For example, it is known that SmartSaver Plus follows your online activities and records your habits. It means that the adware can tell which page is your favorite, how much time you spend in it, what you recently clicked, and so on. All this data is used to customize the ads and to increase the possibility that you will choose them. The biggest problem with the tracking this adware performs is the fact that it may share the acquired knowledge with the third parties. Do not tolerate such violation of your privacy and terminate SmartSaver Plus right now.

While users mostly complain that the ads are annoying and distracting, the much bigger issue is their unknown owners. Since it is not clear who advertises using this software, there is no way to tell if they are trustworthy. Consequently, the possibility that after choosing the ad you will be routed to a malicious website is quite big. Be careful and do not risk your system’s safety. We urge you to remove SmartSaver Plus.

The users who are not sure how such adware could have entered their systems should remember the last freeware installation they performed. If you did not follow every step of the process closely and used unofficial website, chances are that during this procedure the adware managed to sneak inside your system alongside intended software. This distribution method is called ‘bundling’ and is used very often to monetize free downloads. Be more attentive in the future and take better care of your system.

none of the anti malware programs is able to remove the stamplive adware from my computer. I’m afraid the only solution will be to go back to factory settings.

I had price minus ads popping up often in all webpages. It was driving me nuts.! I removed an extension from my browser (Firefox). I started deleting the extensions that I knew were not vital. And no more popups! I do have a couple of malware programs, and they too failed to remove these ads. But removing the extensions from Firefox + the add-ons section its what did the trick! I also did the same thing to google chrome browser, I deleted some add-ons, and extensions as well.
