Sliding Coupons Removal Instructions

Sliding Coupons is an ad-supported application developed by Engaging Apps that shows commercial ads on popular browsers. It installs browser extensions to Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. However, the latest version of Google Chrome blocks the extension. The adware is identical to such programs as Price-slayer, PriceChmper, ProShopper and others. Sliding Coupons has an official site,, but you cannot download the program from it.

If you click on the Download Now! button, you will see the following message: “Sorry, our extension is down for maintenance and currently unavailable.” If you want to eliminate the never-ending ads from your browsers, you nave to delete Sliding Coupons.

How does Sliding Coupons work?

The official website of the adware states that Sliding Coupons will provide you with promo codes and coupons that will help you save money. It states that the program has deals with thousands of online stores such as Best Buy, WalMart, Expedia and others. Unfortunately, that is not completely true. The software will show you all kinds of ads no matter which page you visit. The site may have nothing to do with online shopping, yet it will still be filled with adverts. Moreover, some of these adverts will be fake. They could lead you to unreliable pages which could result in malware infection or some other virtual scam. We urge you not to click on the ads brought to you by the application and delete Sliding Coupons altogether.

The fact that the main site of the software does not provide a working download link means that it gets distributed via bundled freeware downloads. Ad-supported applications are often used to monetize free services. They are offered during the installation of free software. Most of the time, however, computer users simply do not notice them. Unless you specifically decline these offers, the unwanted programs will enter your system with every new freeware. Make sure that does not happen again.

none of the anti malware programs is able to remove the stamplive adware from my computer. I’m afraid the only solution will be to go back to factory settings.

I had price minus ads popping up often in all webpages. It was driving me nuts.! I removed an extension from my browser (Firefox). I started deleting the extensions that I knew were not vital. And no more popups! I do have a couple of malware programs, and they too failed to remove these ads. But removing the extensions from Firefox + the add-ons section its what did the trick! I also did the same thing to google chrome browser, I deleted some add-ons, and extensions as well.
