Search.delta-homes.com Removal Instructions

Search.delta-homes.com is an infamous browser hijacker that can modify your home page and default search engine without your permission. The site itself does not look too reliable and we would not recommend trusting any content provided on it. The unwanted hijacker usually slithers into your system with the help of freeware programs.

Like other unwanted applications, it uses the bundling method as a way to enter your PC unnoticed. Search.delta-homes.com may not be a malicious program, however, it also has nothing useful to offer. That is why we suggest you terminate Search.delta-homes.com right away.

How does Search.delta-homes.com work?

As soon as the program takes over, it sets Search.delta-homes.com as your home page and default search provider. The home page contains plenty of links to various third party websites. Some of them are well-known pages like Facebook and Twitter, while others lead to unfamiliar and most likely unsafe sites. Under these links you will see an ever-changing advertisement that is clearly fake. There may also be other ads on it that promote online gaming or shopping sites. If you try using the so-called search engine, you will be redirected to Google. Since you can use Google directly, there is no point in keeping the hijacker.

You will see commercial content everywhere you go online as presenting it is the main purpose of the application. Much like other hijackers such as Qvo6.com, Portaldosites.com, Nationzoom.com and similar, Search.delta-homes.com collects information about your surfing habits in order to use it for marketing purposes. The adverts generated by the program may look useful, however, that does not mean that they are legitimate. We recommend that you stay away from all commercial data brought to you by the hijacker and eliminate Search.delta-homes.com altogether.

none of the anti malware programs is able to remove the stamplive adware from my computer. I’m afraid the only solution will be to go back to factory settings.

I had price minus ads popping up often in all webpages. It was driving me nuts.! I removed an extension from my browser (Firefox). I started deleting the extensions that I knew were not vital. And no more popups! I do have a couple of malware programs, and they too failed to remove these ads. But removing the extensions from Firefox + the add-ons section its what did the trick! I also did the same thing to google chrome browser, I deleted some add-ons, and extensions as well.
