What is ‘Kong Games’?

An advertising supported program by the name of Kong Games is yet another suspicious software that will enter your computer unnoticed and bring you no benefit. In fact, it is far more likely that the adware will slow down you PC and worsen its general performance. Also, you may expect to be presented by numerous annoying commercial advertisements as soon as the software situates itself inside your system. All in all, you will find that it is an irritating application which is totally useless to you and works only for the unknown third parties. We advise not to tolerate it in your system and to eliminate Kong Games right now.

What does ‘Kong Games’ do?

Basically, Kong Games works just like any other adware out there. As we said, it usually enters your computer unnoticed and bundled with freeware. This distribution method is very popular among such programs, because the creators know that almost nobody monitors freeware installations. However, if you often acquire software from unofficial websites, you certainly should learn to be more careful with this procedure. Follow every step of the download and make sure that you deselect all the boxes that announce the additional and undesirable programs. The biggest threat represented by the adware is, without a doubt, the third parties it sponsors. All the advertisements labeled as ‘Ads by Kong Games’ can be dangerous to your system, because nobody knows what will happen once you click them. Since the program is not responsible for the third parties it advertises, it does not check them or the contents of the ads they produce. As a result, it is entirely possible that you will enter a malicious website after you click one of the ads. Such “excursion” could certainly result in malware infection. Do not risk your computer’s safety and remove Kong Games before you find yourself in a page controlled by cyber criminals.

One more reason to be suspicious of this software is the tracking it performs. Your geographical location, IP address, search queries, favorite pages, visited sites, clicks, etc. are monitored and shared with the third parties. Since we already established that you cannot trust those parties, you should not allow them any access to your data either. Terminate Kong Games to stop this uncontrollable spread of your information.

none of the anti malware programs is able to remove the stamplive adware from my computer. I’m afraid the only solution will be to go back to factory settings.

I had price minus ads popping up often in all webpages. It was driving me nuts.! I removed an extension from my browser (Firefox). I started deleting the extensions that I knew were not vital. And no more popups! I do have a couple of malware programs, and they too failed to remove these ads. But removing the extensions from Firefox + the add-ons section its what did the trick! I also did the same thing to google chrome browser, I deleted some add-ons, and extensions as well.
